Cabinet choices

I'm really hoping President Obama selects NM Governor Bill Richardson to be his Secretary of State. The only person I can think of that has more diplomatic experience (besides Captain Picard- he's too busy) is former President Jimmy Carter. I'm guessing he's pretty happily retired currently.
