The vacation is drawing to a close

outsdrI just wish that I had experienced my vacation at the same rate of time that I experienced while I was waiting for my vacation.
Saying goodbye to my mother yesterday was difficult as ever; but I didn't even sniffle until I saw here watching me from the nursing home window; when she saw me she waved goodbye.
When I was leaving town, I saw a church sign that said, "Evolution is to science what quackery is to medicine."
I'm still trying to make out what they meant for that to mean.
