Buddy update

outsdrBuddy is still at the vet, and is NOT enjoying his stay. My vet is going to have to gas him to take blood from him- he's hissing and screaming at everyone. Except her husband- she thinks the cat just likes guys.
(Insert joke here)
Anyway, she couldn't gas him today to take blood from him, because after not eating or drinking the entire time he's been there, when the vet went to give him a dose of happy gas with her husband's help, Buddy looked at her husband and then calmly ate a few bites of food.
So, tomorrow, Jinx is going to the vet for Feline Leukemia tests and innoculation, since we somehow neglected to have that done before. He's also getting his K.I.V. shots. Same tests for Buddy at the same time, and then they'll both be coming home.
That will be interesting. Jinx spends a lot of time outside. I'm worried that with a second cat, Jinx will stop coming back inside at all, which is not what I want. Hoepfully, they'll both get along great. But how often does that sort of thing happen between two ex-tomcats, even if one of them does like guys?
