reddit.com tends to suck away an awful lot of my attention.

I read that a person should get 30 grams of fiber per day. Honeslty, I'm not sure how I can manage that. FiberAll (A fiber supplement) provides 5 grams of fiber in a serving of one tablespoons - DO NOT EXCEED ONE SERVING PER DAY, it warns. So, a shot of that in my morning coffee gets me 1/6 of the way there.

Prunes. I love prunes. One serving is 100 calories and 3 grams of fiber. There's 5 servings in this bag. If I eat the entire bag, I've gotten almost a meals worth of calories and only 15 more grams of fiber.

I don't see how I can make this happen unless I start dining on logs.

Try this out.
Says my requirement is 19g. So maybe 30 is right, but dear lord - you would have to eat a ton of shredded wheat..
Apparently you only need to eat 1 cup of Baked Beans to get 16g.

Eat more beans and "All-Bran"
Cook some All'Bran into muffins or something. ew.
A large biscuit of Shredded wheat is only 4g.

And, WOW I'm only supposed to eat about 1150 Cal a day! That kinda makes me feel better, because I always had trouble eating 2000 calories a day which is the base for all Nutrition labels.
