Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
I'm trying to make ham soup. I have a lovely meaty ham bone (much to the chagrin of my roommate Tony, who didn't realize soup was made from bones). I bought some nice bean soup mixes. Of course, the pack looked a little small, so I bought two.
So, now I have a giant pot on the stove full of ham bone, beans, and about 1.5 cups of water.
