Jonh Romita Jr. is far from his best here, barely turning in mediocre work. The story is simply ho-hum; with the characterization weak and not lending to an emotional connection with the reader.
To me, it really seemed to be nothing more than an excuse to show someone getting a car battery connected to their testicles. Yawn.
