outsdr | Surprise!

Surprising everyone, mom rallied today. She woke up this morning, ate, and stayed awake for most of the day, visiting with family. By the time my dad called me, however, she was back asleep (grr ... I wish he had let me know EARLIER) but she has her phone with her again, so I'm going to call her in the morning and hopefully talk to her.

It's a nice second chance.
